Operations professional turned innovator. Jared believes technology should empower you to have the best life possible by taking away any repetitive tasks.

Manufacturing Flow was born out of Jared's in-the-trenches COO role at Hall Labs where he managed both domestic and international operations. Hall had 35 different sub-companies, with product innovations and manufacturing for everything from a medical analysis toilet to vehicles, smart home devices, and building products.

The unique needs and complexity of "hurt my brain," as Jared says, and were simply not tenable without technology doing the heavy lifting. Comparing existing ERP and other management systems, the operational needs caused a deep dive into a variety of solution paths including blockchain, automation, AI, augmented reality, and how these technologies could make life easier.

As a direct result of exploring changing technologies and the solutions they give to operational dysfunction, Jared became an expert and innovator in emerging technologies.

Jared has an MBA from WGU. Prior to Hall Labs, he was an operations leader at Ensign Group International in Provo, Utah, where he received his first experience in the challenges and opportunities of international supply chain manufacturing and management.

A devoted single dad, the most important things in Jared's life are family and faith. He believes that technology should empower us to have the best life possible by taking away any repetitive tasks.

Manufacturing Flow grew out of a simple observation: the manufacturers who succeed with AI aren't the ones buying the most expensive tools—they're the ones training their people to use AI effectively.

After years of managing complex manufacturing operations across dozens of companies—from medical devices to smart home technology—Jared discovered how AI could solve the problems he faced daily: documentation that never got written, knowledge that left with every retirement, and training programs that couldn't keep up with turnover.

The operational needs at Hall Labs caused a deep dive into various solution paths including blockchain, automation, AI, and augmented reality. As a direct result of exploring these technologies and the solutions they provide to operational dysfunction, Jared became an expert and innovator in applying emerging technologies to real-world manufacturing challenges.

Today, Manufacturing Flow helps manufacturing teams across the country capture tribal knowledge, automate tedious documentation, and make faster decisions—all without massive IT projects or enterprise software contracts.
